Mr. Tatham has successfully negotiated U.S. Exclusive Sanction & License Agreements with Olympic members USA Rugby and USA Volleyball. He is experienced in professional sports ownership and management including in family owned franchises: National Basketball Association, Utah Jazz United States Football League, Arizona Outlaws
World Football League, & Portland Storm. 

Mr. Tatham served on USFL Owner Legal and Labor Committees as Owner, President & General Manager, Arizona Outlaws of the USFL (1983-1986) 

He was also president, Arizonans for NFL Football (1986-1988). Consultant for new and existing professional sports ventures, leagues, franchises and teams re league formation, franchise acquisition and sale, salary cap issues, new media (1989 – 2005 re football, basketball, soccer, hockey, rugby, volleyball)

Edward has a relentless passion for delivering compelling consumer experiences across the digital landscape and a demonstrated ability to develop, recruit and implement key components and teams for an organization, including strategic planning, product vision and development, business development and distribution, brand development and management, sales and marketing, operational support and finance.

Kevin Wynne has worked for 25 years in the sports and entertainment industries and is currently President & Chief Executive Officer of NICAL Sports & Media Group, Inc., a consulting firm he founded in 2004. His experience includes event production and marketing; sponsorships sales and activation; sales of television programming and digital media rights to broadcasters serving over 150 territories; and the negotiation and licensing of television programming for pay-per-view and closed circuit viewing with leading pay television providers around the world including HBO Sports and Showtime Sports.

Bruce Skinner, Chief Operations Officer

Bruce Skinner is a highly regarded consultant to business and the special events industry, with vast experience. Heserved as the executive director of the Fiesta Bowl in Phoenix, Arizona, (1980-1990) and President of the International Festivals and Events Association (1990-2001). He is the author of the book, The Complete Guide to Selling Event Sponsorship, published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc., of New York, and is the founder of the highly successful PF Chang’s Arizona Rock n Roll Marathon in Phoenix, Arizona, and the Rock n Roll Marathons and Half Marathons in Seattle and San Antonio. Known as the "Bowl Director of the 80's," Skinner was instrumental in the Fiesta Bowl's successful bid to crack the New Year's Day bowl-game lineup, moving the game to January 1st in 1982.  In 1985, the bowl signed a landmark agreement with Sunkist Growers to serve as title sponsor.  The title sponsorship agreement served as a model which many other bowls later followed. In 2004, he helped start the P.F. Chang’s Arizona Rock n Roll Marathon, which was the largest first time distance event in history, with over 29,000 participants. He also served as the Chief Revenue Officer for the 2016 College Football National Championship Game that was held in Phoenix in January of 2016.

Ruth McCartney, Chief Entertainment Officer

From the earliest days of learning the value of fans by helping with The Beatles fan club management as her childhood pocket-money job, to today’s Big Data opportunities in e-marketing, to mobile commerce and branding, Ruth covers the spectrum of digital media from past to present. Her technological, entertainment and social media insights have served her well in the worlds of marketing and multimedia.

Her passion for marketing and communication drives her daily and now also an internationally acclaimed public speaker, Ruth shares her experiences in the music business, marketing, web development, social media, PR and now Big Data and The Internet of Things. And, when she wins the lottery, she wants a pet Sloth.

James L. Brown, Chief Financial Officer

James L. Brown is Principal at J. L. Brown & Co., a strategic advisory service for advanced technology companies.  The firm provides research, counsel and venture acceleration services to company founders and investors.  Over the past 30 years, Mr. Brown has guided the development of new ventures at Kodak Corporation, NCR Corporation, Teradata Corporation and Xerox Corporation.  He has also contributed to the development of over 100 new ventures through workshops, private counsel, contracted research and interim leadership.  His current focus is the development of advanced technology ventures from university and industrial laboratories and US Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant program.  Previously, Mr. Brown held marketing, sales, corporate development and MIS positions at Siemens Pyramid Technology Corporation, Teradata Corporation, , TRW and Xerox Corporation.  He a BS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA in Management Science from the MIT Sloan School of Management.  He earned the Bronze Star as First Lieutenant, U.S. Army Signal Corps, and was a defense policy analyst for several years thereafter.

Martin Nethercutt, Viceroy of Video

With over 25 years of business experience in both his native Germany, and since 1991, the USA, he focuses on the technological and creative expansion of the McCartney brand(s) and its' clients. And, as "Viceroy of Vibe," Martin’s imagination has provided the foundation for many creative paths.
On a hands-on basis, as writer and editor, Martin is responsible for telling the Grand Prix story through the medium of video. He also composes the music for the pieces.

In 2005 he founded McCartney Studios, the filmic division of McCartney Multimedia.
