Welcome to the 2011 Australian Autosport Community Tipping Competition Rules
How does this work?
Tip the top 8 finishers for each round of the 2011 F1 season. Each race your accumulate points towards your championship total depending on how accurately your tips reflect the official finishing order.
When do I have to submit tips by?
Tipping closes 1 hour prior to the commencement of qualifying.
How does the scoring work?
Points will be tallied as listed in the table below (e.g. If you tip a driver to finish 1st and he finished 3rd, you will get 6 points):
What if I don't submit my tips in time?
If you fail to lodge your tips before the deadline, you will be awarded points equal to the lowest scoring player in the league for that round.
When do registrations close?
Ideally you want to register before the first race of the season at Albert Park, Melbourne in Australia on 25-27 of March 2011. However you can still join after the season has commenced. Your starting score will be equal to the lowest total score in the league.
